Terrier Day on the Isle Of Wight Steam Railway - 23rd June 2023

Friday 23rd June saw the IOW Steam Railway running Terriers on the first day of the steam gala.
Visiting Terrier No.72 'Fenchurch' was the star of the day, wearing the improved stroudley engine green that the class originally carried in the pre-grouping years. Running alongside the islands resident Terrier W11 'Newport'.
Non-stop action all day from Havenstreet to Smallbrook Junction, Ashey and Wootton.
If you have not yet visited the islands steam railway, it is definitely worth the visit. A scenic journey from start to finish.
