Great to see her back again, credit to all concerned, they've done a great job on her. Always makes me smile seeing these little workhorses being overshadowed by "big" coaches!! Super gentle little film Matthew, thankyou 👍👍👍
Reminds me of my childhood when I was just old enough to remember them on the Hayling Island branch dwarfed by the standard BR/Southern coaches behind. Truly authentic.
Always nice to see Fenchurch, and she looks immaculate. Fond memories of a footplate ride on her on a wintry Spring day when she was just 99 years old, though she was not as well turned out in those days.
That’s how they got their nickname of ‘Terriers’, because of their exhaust note - I sure you know this of course it’s just in case and for those that don’t know :)
I’m not sure what the head codes mean, but I love those discs @2:23 @5:41 @11:37 engines wear during the daytime. 👍 Wonderful to see "Fenchurch" brought to life once again! 😊
If you're refering to "Fenchurch", then it's the same broad class as "Stepney". If you're refereing to 323 "Bluebell", then that's still a fair comparison to make.
Excuse me, asked rusty do you like bluebells? The engine looked startled. Yes bluebells are beautiful, then your soon going to see lots of them because I’m getting you out of here
Truly special for her 150th birthday 🥳
Superb videography, as always.
Thank you
Lovely. Thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
I have ridden behind this little engine when visiting the Bluebell Railway
Great to see and hear these old beauties in steam

Really is a credit to the railway. Glad you enjoyed the video!

Great video. Made me want to get my old train set down from the loft!
Not bad for a 150 year old
151 year old
What a lovely looking little engine. A real tribute to the railway.
Thank you for this fine video.
I do like the sound of this smallish loco.
Very impressive !
Best wishes
Dirk
Their performance for their size was very impressive when built and later, and that really shows up here! As you say, a lovely sharp sound.

Great video. I really enjoyed watching.
Thank you
Brilliant video, lovely to see this.
Thank you
Terrier! So cute. I love how on the builder's plate they used an inverted 2 to make a 7.
They should've kept it in Marsh Umber to be honest. It looked much more distinct from the other surviving Terriers.
Makes a nice change though.
Wait. Fenchurch now has a chime whistle? Sounds just like the one fitted to 78019
I wondered about that as well! Great video shots, as ever.

The LBSC had some famously complicated headcodes
Very good camera work as usual great to see it back in work
Thanks very much. Always good to see another one return.
Great to see the little beauty in action is there any word on when Stepney might be back?
She looks beautiful!
Even better in person
Super video :)
Thank you
For a very old machine, she's quite shiny :3
Gt Ol Train Tks yere lucky in England to have lov sounds as train thuds under bridge
Very nice
Cheers
Lovely video keep up the good work. Also why does he/she have a chime whistle?
Sometimes the works fit a different whistle for fun but this time it's stayed. 80152 had a bulleid whistle for a short period during testing.
Ok thanks
Because its funny
A big, strong, deep, loud whistle... On a terrier
🚂🚃🚃🚃 I LOVE IT 🚂🚃🚃🚃
Thank you
I love the bluebell locomotive, because it looks like stepney from Thomas and friends.

Have the rails subsided looks like they need lifting at the station entrance
Sheep on the line - that seems rather fittingly Isle of Sodor
Why does Fenchurch now have a chime whistle?
Owners choice
Great video! 👍 What camera do you use?
Thanks.
Panasonic HC-X1500E
What service were they used on during working life? They seem so small.
They were built to work local passenger trains but have also been used as shunters
In a few days she’s gonna be 151 edit happy 151th late birthday
