It's an internal software problem. Will this clear it or do I have to root the phone? This started about a yr ago, total pain in the ass
This worked for my daughter's phone. Thank you so much! After the reset it took about 3-5 minutes or so for the screen to pop up to select any options. Just incase anyone thinks something went wrong, you just need to wait a few minutes.

No chance to bypass, you have to reset the whole phone to standard settings( fabric settings) And that's not useful at all, because you have the Samsung account where you have to introduce the MAIN PASSWORD of your first Samsung Account.
