Used to use a lot of apple products and I loved the interface and how easy it was to navigate everything, but switched to android because it was cheaper and had everything I wanted it to have. Plus with apple with the updates that slowly over time would ruin the battery and make it so laggy that you would have to make an upgrade. Was not a fan.
I really appreciate your honest and well explained video. I have been using an iPhone 13 for a year and it has been an excellent phone tbh. And yes, The 60Hz screen refresh rate was the problem. Afterward, I managed to snag an excellent Black Friday deal for an iPhone 14 Plus from eMag, which has now become my everyday device. Well, dealing with 60Hz again. It seems to be a recurring issue for me hahaa😂. It's surprising that Apple continues to do this even in 2024. Keep up the fantastic work! Greetings from Arad!🙂
Thank you for sharing your experience! 60 Hz is fine, but 120 simply makes the experience better, and for that price, people deserve it! The iPhone 14 is also a great phone. When the time will come for you to change it, consider flip.ro and get a refurbished Pro, you won't regret it! Thank you for the feedback, much much appreciated!😊 S.N.

If the battery is still healthy, the iPhone 13 is a fantastic choice for anyone. It is still plenty powerful, has several years of support left, and the 13 still offers a competitive point and shoot experience. What more do you need?
For most of the people, yes, I agree. iPhone 13 is still a solid choice for pretty much every task. However, I would try and find a good price for it. SH or refurbished markets should offer a good deal in general. Thank you for input! S.N.
Another real review, not one of those who’s obsessed with the latest tech which to be honest are just an excuse to release a new model each year. New subscriber here brother 😊 keep it up.

@ It’s rare to see an authentic review like this, see a lot of us don’t upgrade our phones whenever there’s a new release we actually keep what we’ve purchased until it stops working and other reviewers bash the past devices like it’s nothing you feel me? that’s why contents like this are 🔥it doesn’t brainwash people to think that oh your phone has the notch throw it away, oh your phone doesn’t have apple intelligence time to buy a new one something like that. If it had at least 90 Hz, I would've probably sticked with it for another year, to he honest. Still, a solid phone overall! Thank you for your opinion! S.N.
Using an iPhone 13 right now and I bought it back in June of this year. So far been a great phone, my only thing is that the battery is starting to drain quicker than it used to. Keep up the good videos and this channel will blow up!
@@markzinchuk Their software optimisation for battery was always good, but at the end of the day it's a battery and it will degrade. I guess it always has been an Apple thing. Thank you for sharing your experience! S.N.
Hello! I found it on Twitter/X, on the "WallPapers" page. Here's the link: x.com/Papers_app/status/1828052280928809301?t=rqaghjROcRUE6dyqMwU8pA&s=19 You can find a lot more interesting and nice wallpapers there. S.N.
@@jlbruiser I agree, especially if you find a good deal. There are sellers who are refurbishing them, changing the battery as well. I can find a 13 Pro 128 GB Refurbished for around 700 USD here in Romania. That’s much better than any base iPhone. Also, I normally recommend people to look for deals on older iPhones (starting with the 13 series). Usually the newest are not worth the price. Thank you for the input! S.N.
I had an iPhone 13 for about a year and while I did mostly enjoy it, there were many things I didn't enjoy. The biggest issue is overall performance. Compared to some Androids I've owned, the iPhone 13 noticeably lags. I don't know if it's the 60 Hz or lack of general optimization but apps load much slower than even an android at 60 Hz. I'm using a Pixel 6a now and a side by side comparison on launching apps shows just how bad the iPhone 13 is and how fast the 6a is. Pictures and websites load much faster on the 6a too. The iPhone 13 has much higher benchmark numbers but in real world use, the 6a wins. To me, the only things the iPhone 13 has over my current Pixel 6a is better call quality and much better videos. But I rarely use photos and videos so it isn't a big deal. And the iPhone 13's face ID is much better than the Pixel 6a's optical fingerprint sensor. The bottom line is Apple has become extremely lazy and are giving us vastly inferior iPhones than what we used to get. I had a brand new iPhone 6S Plus when it was released from Verizon and that phone was awesome. By comparison, the 6S Plus was a night and day difference from a new iPhone 13 with the older iPhone being much better. That's why I'm an Android user because at least Android phones are evolving whereas iOS is going backwards and is no longer worth the high prices you pay. The final deal breaking issue on my iPhone 13 was how fast the battery capacity degraded. I used the iPhone 13 for a little under a year and it went from 100% battery capacity to 97%. My brother bought the iPhone 13 from me and upon installing the newest iOS 18, the battery capacity immediately dropped to 95%. This is totally unacceptable and illustrates why I'll likely never buy another iPhone again.
@@DWtechfan Interesting. I agree, there is a huge misconception about Androids performance. My iPhone 13 worked pretty well for me (until iOS 18😂). Sure, a few bugs here and there, but a good performer overall. However, it will always be up to the user's needs. If you find yourself getting along with the Pixel (which is a very good phone imo), that's good. I am also thinking about switching, but not decided yet. Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate it a lot! S.N.
@@DigitalDash-on6ce thanks for replying! I loved iOS around the time I had my iPhone 6S Plus but they've kinda fallen off that level of quality. Just my opinion there. As you said, it's up to each user what they prefer in a smartphone. Although I'm sure Androids have some battery degradation, the iPhone 13 losing battery capacity so fast was the final straw for me. To put that into perspective, my iPhone 13 cost $600 US and in less than a year it was down 5% on battery capacity. That's clearly an intentional move by Apple to degrade batteries faster so you'll need to buy a new iPhone. Android phones aren't perfect but at least their batteries hold up better than that.
@@DWtechfan Well, back in the day, part of iOS stability advantage was built on the fact that it did not have as many customization available, you couldn't really modify it in any way. But people putting more price on the look of the OS in the past years made them add more stuff to iOS, and "the Apple way" integration wasn't there all the time. iOS 18 is a disaster if you compare it with past implementations. Now add the fact that you have 4 different phones in the line-up. That plays an important role. However, I still love their ecosystem and I hope they will get back on track, otherwise they will lose a lot. S.N.

The 13 Pro is still a solid phone! I'd say the only real downside is the lack of USB-C port. Unfortunately, it will become harder and harder for companies to make significant upgrades. As for Apple, they know how and when to launch every "new" feature. It's just how they do things, testing people's patience I guess😂😂. S.N.
