Found a neat trick to keep that oil from leaking out with open primary that harley should have done (back then) it I cant remember what I did, I know it involved a viton oil seal and the Machine Shop, got that paperwork laying around somewhere. I guess someone could Google it, no more drip. Well unless you count where the cases go together in the front of the block, whatever might come off my chain. Or ooze out of my pores & my old blue jeans
I got 1972.FLH. Somebody gotta keep these beauties rolling. Because you have no front brake so happy to see rotor on back. My 1st bike no front brake mech. Back good way to keep crutches around. Have great life. Beautiful area you ride im jealous
WHY do people like their bikes to idle so damn slow? My ‘75 shovelhead idled at 750 rpm. And my ‘13 Blackline and ‘15 Breakout idle at 900-1100. They were set at the factory that way.

I had a 1340 Shovel for 17 years I had little trouble Kick starting it , you just need to know the Sequence
me too . my 80 cube Sturgis ran a 45mm Weber and if you didn't get it 1st or 2nd kick shed flood and be a bitch
