I've jailbroken every iPhone I've had, never had an issue. The only reason people have these problems is because they don't listen and jump right into it, they download a stupid tweak and then have to hard reset their device. Idiots have problems. Learn to listen to instructions.
Ok, When installing anemone it reboots your phone not re spring it. All you have to do to fix it is to re install the jail break which is pretty easy. If you don't know, open the pp app and press the circle in the middle then wait at least 10 seconds then press the power button. Hope this helps

If you purchases those themes before Cydia purchases got disabled you can download them whenever. He probably did not buy them all and just used pirated versions.

to fix the problem with lockhtml4 all you need to do it download lockhtml3 and it should work, though this isnt the latest version so remember there may be a couple bugs

I would like to see Apple have an option to customize your phone without jailbreak. I would like to see an option to have circle icons just like the Mac computer has. 10.0 should give more option to make your phone look the way you want it to look without the jailbreak. It doesn't have to be major customizing: docks, icons, dark/light UI, and different clocks on your lock screen.

I'm not having many major problems. I recommend rejailbreaking of you are. Go into DFU mode and do a restore.

You can also get Winterboard, but Anemone is much better ;)
