Warm heartedness now a days is taken advantage of, especially with today's selfish ways of thinking. The most beautiful thing though is when we can appreciate one another.......the exchange of kindness and sharing love is crucial to our well being. It hurts us sometimes when we don't receive what we give.......but keep giving anyway. The greatest quality any of us can ever have in our hearts is compassion. A compassionate heart that understands and shares will always have special blessings bestowed upon them. Especially when expressed without hesitation. 💜 My hope and prayer for the Dalai Lama is that he can return home safely soon. I hope that he knows that wherever he is greeted with love is home. 💜

This was a great day. The hat was presented to him by Robert Craft (owner of the NE Patriots) just before he started speaking. The crowd cheered when he put it on, so he left it on. I never felt more at peace as when I was there in that moment.
