    I used to enjoy eating Amala and ewedu back in the days. I don’t think I have had it in over 10 years now and this video now makes me crave it 😋

    ewedu for the win!! I love how "drawy" it iS! is potash potassium?? just curious and what does it do

      Potash is different from potassium. Potash is normally used to soften food e.g bean, cow leg e.t.c. So, for ewedu soup, it is meant to soften the leaves whereby releasing the sliminess of leaves. Thank you so much sis 🤗

      Roselomon TV Ask for Jute leaves in any Asian store. That’s is ewedu leave

      @@folayemiayodele5881 there is something called moloukhia, it is the ready made blended jute leaves. you can find that in asian shops. i have never gone wrong wth it

      Actually, I live in Finland and I don't know where you can get it there. I got mine from Nigeria.

    Good, but always substitute baking soda for your potash in your recipes for healthy eating
