+jasmine abramson Gotta understand there are penalties for doing the entire song. He would have to pay the company/artist, and its not cheap. If he did not pay them, he would get sued. Sampling it (under a specific time length) frees him of that. A lot of these people making songs on youtube are not big enough for the companies to come after. As he grows in popularity and making money off of their songs, the attention is put on him.
