Void Rift, Tide, Nightmare Trials, and Titanic Ruins (GB2) are the best places I have personally found for use with Admiral Claw so far. He's very interesting for sure and provides some decent CC as well as some great damage. He also has splash damage for any bosses with ads.

Haha I had a 199 pity going into this and pulled a second king harz , I have had the worse luck on 2 accounts with ancients so I never do anything with them anymore not worth my misery

how to check if there is a pitty or not? I'm not sure
you just have to count manually in the pulls history. 200 on normal summons for any legendary and on ancients it is just for lords. Once you hit 200 your chances slowly increase until 220 when it is pretty much 100%
