I guess you didn't watch the video properly. Please don't confuse yourself. In the video, I said there are various options for English proficiency: IELTS, TOEFL, WASSCE, Special case, Standardized English test, etc. You can get accepted with any of them. Hope you got that?
Your Medium of Instruction. Most MOI are not accepted, so it's advisable to mail it to them so they can let you know if it's acceptable. The university is very good at responses, and that's why I love them.
It's almost impossible to get one but you can if you have the right information. Nevertheless, there are fully funded scholarships available each year; one is coming up next month and it's a scholarship in Hungary. Keep an eye on this channel.
