You will find the requirement for each university on their website. The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship application does not require you to submit an English test.

Do not doubt yourself. A reference is someone who can write ✍ about you professionally and academically. It can be people from your volunteering experience. Find reliable people who will be able to write the reference letter.

It is not compulsory to have journal publication. If you don't have any leave it blank and fill other sections of the application.

Some Universities have the same application deadline as Commonth wealth so please check well.
