I received many questions about this process, so I wanted to provide a step-by-step guide and share the mistakes I made in the past when applying for scholarships. If you’re on a scholarship that at the end end of your studies you should go back home, you can find a job that sponsors you.

it is always perceived and even propagated by the visa consultancies that you should write that you will be returning to home country in college applications even though you won't and will be working in the UK itself after completing studies. Is it the same case with scholarships as well? and what did you mention in your application , were you straightforward about your aspirations to stay and work in the UK itself ?

Hello it depends on the scholarship you’re applying for and the requirements. Some scholarships state clearly that you must be willing to go back to your country after your study while some don’t. Hope this helps
what about the visa costs? do the scholarships cover that?
A few scholarships cover visa costs but not all
In the fuly funded scholarship that requires the person go back to the home country after the studies, can the person get job while studying? Is there any possibility that the person can you still remain in the uk after the studies? What should the person do in this case
Yes, a student can work part time for a limited number of hours per week. As regards, staying back, I’m sorry I don’t know

The Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable scholarship is mostly offered to international students applying to a Masters course

I feel like all these videos say the same thing but I’ve literally not seen any scholarships for the program I want. I want to do an online masters in translation but Chevening does not accept online programs and although my country is part of the commonwealth it’s not one of the accepted countries for any commmonwealth programs. I’ve looked for over a year and found nothing that makes sense. Most scholarships are also not even geared toward humanities and education programs 😢

Some universities accept TOEFL as a proof of English language requirements, so it will be best to check from the university you’re applying to

Hello it depends on your preparation; mine took me about 2 months because I’ve applied for scholarship’s previously
So there is no set time, my advice would be to give yourself enough time before the application deadline

Hi, it depends on the scholarship. Not all scholarships require you to go back to your home country after studying.
Pls did you apply for the scholarship before or after your admission.
Hi after my admission, but it’s not a general rule as different scholarships have their different criteria. For some scholarships, you can apply before getting an admission

Some do, but not all
It is usually stated on the website if it covers accomodation
