There 3 possibilities I think. 1. There different kinds of dances. Elegant, seductive,... 2. As the saying goes "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". So what is captivating to them isn't to us. Or maybe 3. Guys are horny bastards and everything a woman does can seduce them😆. Especially considering all those etiquettes about how a man and woman should behave.
