Started as Cpop fan from my family then to Kpop and back to Cpop. What I liked about Cpop is how diverse it is with many modern and traditional concept. I think Cpop deserves more attention.

I found this video because of someone on Tiktok, they are right, some Chinese songs will rather be unheard of or turned into a meme, I wish that one day c pop groups will be treated with the same amount of popularity as k pop

This is amazing. I really loved the dance & song. Yet, even more so. I like that their designer gave them all unique costume designs while staying true to the central theme. It was fun trying to point out the differences that made each one special.

It's honestly so sad to come back to watch my girls and see fellow ARMY's say that they came only because of BTS and the accused plagiarism. Why would a Chinese group have anything to do with copying BTS? This is their concept which is very traditional. Whoever started that little thing with plagiarism just wants to start something or is just straight blind. But why yall are here, please continue to support and listen to SING. Their music is so amazing and tends to grow on your the more you listen to it
It was because the concept photos for this song looked really similar to the concert photos for Bts most recent album. What those Army's aren't taking into account is the fact that Sing released their concept photos a year before Bts, so they are just claiming them for something they didn't do.

I don't think China is really going to be 'the next trend' (imo), just as an example look at the comments. Almost all of them are written by Chinese people (or Mandarin speakers), or people who are related to China in some way. And the nonsense racist hate we get isn't going to help either. However, k-pop is somehow boosting c-pop as well, with some K-Pop fans getting into Chinese ex-members (and members who also make cpop) of Korean bands (such as LuHan, Jackson Wang, Meng Jia...etc). I would really like China to be a trend, but I don't see that coming :(

I have seen in the comments of these artists being accused of plagiarism.
1. Chinese is a culture, just like Japanese and Korean.
2. Yes, some videos or music sound/look similar, but only true actors, dancers, artists, in general, understand that it's not plagiarism, but we take ideas from other artists and make it even better.
3. KPOP, JPOP, CPOP, whatever you listen to is not better than the other. It is a matter of what you enjoy. I myself am Korean and Chinese, however, I am grateful and proud to share our culture with the world.

Japan, China, and Korea have influenced each other for years. It makes sense that there are similarities and occasionally there probably is more blatant copying, but each has its own unique cultural parts as well.

I like that in many chinese mv's they use a lot of traditional clothing even if it is in monder style and add some traditional dances and the songs have traditional instruments as well, I don't see that in many kpop songs and even Japan doesn't do much traditional style though they do have more than Korea, I wish they did though, they have nice traditions
