Wow Seanna, that's one amazing place to experience and train in, the views of the seaside you seem to have everything organised. Best of luck for the real thing. Pizza for the win.
I loved the stepping stones crossing. Reminds me of 3 year old Seanna going down stairs, gingerly, always leading with the same foot on each step. Beautiful scenery. "Refuel" = more coffee. It looks like you had a scenic adventure along with a practice run/hike. An ideal Seanna kind of day. So glad you enjoyed the challenge. The trains, though 😠
Did I always go with my left foot first? Because that’s what I mainly have to do now or my entire energy feels out of whack. I wonder if it was the same aged 3. I’m sure you wouldn’t remember that though.
For the mug could you get a tin camping one (so it's lighter than a proper mug) and a carabiner that goes through the handle then attach it to your bag? Would that work? My son is in the scouts here in DK and I'm thinking of doing this with his mug so that it stops making stuff inside his bag damp...
@@HannahJ I will be attaching to the outside of my pack, but I think I need a two carabiner system. Because otherwise it will be flapping around as I run driving me bonkers!

Yes, I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful place for running. Thanks for your support!

@@seannas-world In my mind it was left foot.
Loved this - you’re amazing!! I can’t believe you did this ❤️
Thank you! It was such a fun day out.
