There are many amazing tutorials for unreal. For beginners I would start with the blueprint coding method. If you want any help let me know and I can try and help with ur questions :)
If you lucky enough, you can use datasmith exporter and export everything to unreal engine without any problem. otherwise, you need to learn to make material, lighting, and fixing broken model. took me 4 years to learn this. I am a slow learner. also you need to learn how to code.

I create all blueprint by myself, my BP materials menu basically is just an attached "widget component" inside the actor blueprints
