Do a voltage drop test across your charging cable. I bet you will have more than half volt drop. If so I recommend building a new charging cable. I've replaced more than I can count for mk4's. All models
what was the issue before u replaced the fuse box, my cars having many issues rn and i don’t know if it’s my fuses or if it’s the alternator, the alternator was replaced about a month ago and my car barely holds voltage
Well, the real fix was 20yrs ago but it doesnt matter now. The fix ,was to use an agm battery. Ive had one my mk4 since 01(its a 99.5) And the fusebox looks like new to this day.
