What does canon mean ?

For example, Dragon Ball, DBZ, and DBS are all written by Akira Toriyama, the original author, and therefore are represented as canon and those are the events that actually officially happen in the story. Dragon Ball GT and the Z movies however were not written by him and make no sense within the story's timeline, and therefore are viewed as non-canon.

Many are of the opinion that Mikasa never married after Eren's death, which is understandable considering her love for him, but is it true? What does the anime itself tell us?
The end of the anime reveals that she is married with a child, and proves it with undeniable evidence like her wearing a ring. I will go through them one by one
There is a lot of evidence that she did marry and that the man she married was actually Jean. It's understandable that people would think that she wouldn't marry after Eren, and I don't blame anyone for thinking that because she loved him so much. But the final scenes made it really clear that she married Jean, although she still had a soft spot for Eren. I will go over the usual evidence and arguments that people make to prove that she was unmarried
Many say that the man she was visiting Eren's grave with was Armin, but this is impossible for many reasons. First of all, you can see that the man is much taller than Mikasa, at least 5 inches (13 cm) taller than her. Keep in mind that Mikasa is 5'9 (176cm) and Armin is 5'6 (168cm) so it's practically impossible to be him. It's extremely rare to grow from 5'6 to 6'3 from 19-22, the vast majority of men are done growing by 18. The only man who is 5+ inches taller than Mikasa that she knows is Jean, who is 6'3 (190 cm).
This should prove without a doubt that the man with her was Jean, not Armin. Either that, or some other tall man we don't know, but it's most likely Jean imo. Another proof that she is married is that she had a child with them when they visited. Why would she and Jean go together with a child if they are not married with a child? Being married and visiting with their child is the most reasonable explanation. But there is even more evidence, and this is the strongest. When she died and was buried, you can see a silver wedding ring on her finger. There's really no way to deny that, the animators made it clear to us.
Many people say that "there were white lilies around her when she died
symbolizes virginity", but in fact it is not true. The flowers around her are not
white lilies, are carnations. The anime made this more clear, plus the fact
she wears a wedding ring making it impossible for her to be a virgin.

Does this really matter, married Mikasa someone or not? I really don't see problem if she is married. The fact that her love for Eren remained until her death is unquestionable. If she married. Good. Family would make her to feel better from pain she felt. Eren wouldn't wanted Mikasa to moron him until the end of her days. He wanted her not to forget about him at least for 10 years after his death. Until the end, Mikasa remembered Eren and even married and having children she still visited his grave and wear scarf and even being buried with it. That means that until the end Eren remained her one true love. (I don't tell she wouldn't love her husband. She would. But Eren Remained her first and foremost)

she still has the bandage on (which means she never passed it to her kid, hence it means it's not a biological kid)
you don't have to marry and have biological kids to be a family which is what mikasa wanted (manga is more canon than the anime so where was the ring on that chapter)
she is buried with the scarf (means she still loves eren)
if you didn't notice the mans hair is different color to jeans (so it can't be him)
why would mikasa even marry some one when it's showed and implied time and time again that she loves eren and always will even after is death, until she dies
in Attack on Titan The Final Season FINAL CHAPTER ED｜Ai Higuchi “Itterasshai（See you later) " mikasa meets eren in the afterlife (if she married and had a "child" why would she be all lovey dovey with eren in the afterlife straight away (makes no sense for that to happen (which also means she didn't marry)
it says "Here forever, resting quietly, my most cherished, my dear." on erens grave
why have "my most cherished, my dear" on his grave would make no sense for her to randomly marry and have a child
if mikasa had a child and got married why would she visit eren grave a lot and also with the child (also makes no sense)

The fact that the ending they gave mikasa is portraying her to do a major disservice to her spouse, children and herself, you're trying to gloss over that by saying "it's not the main focus" while using that "it's not the main focus " as emphasis that she lived her long happy life but the focus is on her and eren. What kind of life did mikasa and her new family live when she continued to sympathize with eren? This characterization doesn't fit mikasa's character even though you keep saying her new family is irrelevant and unimportant. Something irrelevant and unimportant shouldn't be added to mikasa's character, so why give her something her character doesn't ask for? Especially when he has such a strong emotional attachment to eren that he is reunited with him after his death instead of his new family who lived with them longer than him. This is the problem some people are referring to, not about the ship.
