Dee remember to get a little exercise too ( nothing strenuous) try to exercise at least 3 times per week. Simple stuff like taking a little walk down the street as long as you can manage to do so. A quick little 10 or 15 minutes walk is good exercise. Consult your doctor though. There's a book titled, " what to expect when you're expecting" . If you can find it, get it. You'll learn a lot.
