Visited Creede the first week in April and made a drive on the bachelor loop in my Honda Accord until the snow got to deep. Awesome drive what I saw and you helped finish it for me. Thanks! Now if I could just find some land for sale up there so I could die a happy man.
Not directly on it, but all around Creede there is excellent camping. If you turn off the Bachelor loop on FS504 there are some dispersed sites; for more options click on the "Camping & Cabins" link on this page www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/riogrande/recarea/?recid=28942

Just got back from South Fork. Got to visit Creede and the mining museum. Definitely wanna do this the next go around. Great video!!!

It's a nice loop, pretty easy too. Colorado land and homes are tough these days, best of luck to you. Creede would be a great place to retire!
