Apple Tree in Thailand I A tropical country can actually grow an Apple Tree I (Apple video series 1)

- Living in the tropics and being able to grow an apple tree that lives usually in cold countries is something special and this Fugi Apple Tree that I have here is a 4 year old from seed. Tell you what youtube friends? The seed I got from the apples itself that we bought in shopping mall here in Thailand last four years ago and did try to plant it and here it is the remnant among the six apple plants that we have. I will film or record my next try from the time I bought the apple to getting the seeds inside of it to planting them in my seedtray to transfering into their permanent pots as we are an expat here in Thailand and we cannot avoid to have some sudden transition ofour renting place.
Let me wrap it up by mentioning that there are three varities of apple that can possibly grow and thrive in a tropical and sub-tropical country and these are the three varieties, FUJI, GOLDEN DORSETT and ANNA.What I have right now is a fuji apple and I will try to find the other two varieties if they are available here in Thailand shopping malls.
Today is November 17 2020 and I will be doing some marcotting or air layering on the rootstocks that are available in our apple plant to reproduce them and perhaps by February 2021, the air layered rootstocks will be ready for transfer and that will be the next part of our apple video series.

I don't expect to have this look of our fuji apple tree. I have this in mind though but not that much as I am also busy taking care other plants but so much glad to see this alive and I will repay madam JC the time that I lost for this plant because of some discouraging experience with the other apple plants on pots. And I am thinking of planting apple again through seeds that we can collect from the apples that we bought from the department store here in the country Thailand. Again, Be Safe out there together with the whole family.

Wow! Please do try madam and I am sure it will be an absolute happiness to see result of your try and surely there is more possibility to grow there than here in a tropical country Thailand. One thing I would like to share that there are three varieties of Apples that can grow and thrive in a hot climate namely, FUJI, ANNA AND GOLDEN DORSETT and in my case its a FUJI APPLE. I will try to find if there are other two varities here that are available and I will start marcotting or air layering the rootstocks and by february next year will be ready for transplanting from the mother plant.
