      Because of all the months of mental health holds, it would never had lasted on appeal.
      But I think it is better that she has spent decades getting old, (to her mind) ugly, and above all...totally unimportant and of no consequence, just another horrible woman who slaughtered her children and husband because she was too greedy to get a divorce.

      @@u.synlig yes, bold and without shame. She kept her foot on Prior’s neck. I loved her style. Even through Priors objections that got sustained by the Judge. She brushed herself off, used her elite prosecuting skills & came back for more. Which ultimately got her a lot of little wins 😊

    • @u.synlig
      @u.synlig หลายเดือนก่อน

      I see what you mean to say.
      The nuances of meaning, however, also matter: in your explanation, you commend Ms. Blake for not succumbing to _"shame"_ -- when _"embarrassment"_ is actually the feeling that could have been provoked. [All trial attorneys will experience an "overruled" objection, alongside "sustained" objections. It isn't an assessment of personal attributes, missteps or failures, it isn't a moral ruling -- it is not a matter for _shame._ ]
      If in a situation where one's objections are very frequently overruled because of poor formulation or lack of merit, instead of a ruling on their content, a new/young/inexperienced lawyer might briefly feel embarrassed. Ms. Blake, an experienced prosecutor, is unlikely to be embarrassed by the mundane fact of an occasionally overruled objection (some of which were undoubtedly expected). On the other hand, she definitely had no reason to feel _shame_ for the vigorous and judicious exercise of her duty.
      For these reasons, I opine that "brazen" carries an unnecessary nuance of negativity in the context of Prosecutor Blake's work (i.e., 'despite having reason for *shame,* she *defiantly* ploughed through.'), when a descriptor such as "bold" or "valiant" might be better suited.

      And the fact that 2 of the victims were her children. That actually makes her worse than Daybell. She needs the death penalty. Hopefully for Charles. I would think if they include the kids and Tami there's really no reason she shouldn't get death.
      🤔 I wonder if it's because she's female ?

      I had heard she was facing more charges this summer so I looked into it. I found out that she's been accused of conspiracy to murder for the death of Charles Vallow and conspiracy of attempted murder of Brandon Boudreux. Her trial will be in Arizona and due to begin August 1 2024. AZ does not have the DP.

    I thank everyone involved for all of your hard work, time and effort in bringing justice to Tammy, Tylee and JJ. May Charles also get Justice. (I’d even like to see Justice for Joe Ryan even though I don’t believe that will be able to come to fruition since he was cremated.) I thank each of the prosecuting team. You were all wonderful! Rachel was superb! I can’t say enough about her! An example to the next generation of young women in what they can obtain and become with hard work. I thank all of the law enforcement agencies- police, investigators, the FBI, and anyone else involved in this long painful and painstaking job. You were so thorough and instrumental in obtaining justice and it definitely shows! We need more law enforcement agencies to be this thorough! Thank you to Judge Boyce. He is the epitome of the best of the best of judges. He is an amazing judge and I gained so much respect for him. I also thank him very much for allowing us to be able to watch this trial on tv!!! Thank you to everyone including the court reporter for her hours of writing shorthand each day and the bailiffs, court clerk, the technical gal helping with the live tv broadcast so all could see and watch it. Thank you to Nate Eaton for his amazing daily updates, being in the court daily and keeping us updated and doing his nightly report. Thank you to the camera man and Kaitlyn. And finally, thank you to each of the jury members for giving your time and service through this whole process! I know that was not easy. You are so appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to really go over everything and ask questions and taking your time to come to your conclusions. JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED! I also send comfort and peace to the family members of the victims. May you find some closure and know justice was served. My heart hurts for each of you.

      Maybe Chad will read a real Bible and find the REAL Jesus Christ. The 144,000 are Jews, it is clearly stated in Scripture in the next verse. 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes. Chad is not a Jew, and neither are any of his followers, they not among the 12 tribes. People will continue to fall for these kind of frauds if they don't find a Bible and read it instead of being so lazy as to want to be spoon-fed nonsense because of their itching ears. The Scripture is clear. Jesus warned over and over again "Do not be deceived".
