just a little moment to appreciate the effort they put in speaking a clear English, and the fact that they study it at school putting it into practice in such a cool way

@@sadown4490 of course children had a written script but since their pronunciation is always correct even though English has really different sounds from Italian, they must have practiced a lot reading the script. They put effort in this and they should be praised 🙌🏻

And if he becomes a world champion he’ll be much harder to hate like people usually hate multiple championship winners (Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso and even if he isn’t one yet Verstappen also has great hate potential)

Obviously the journalists present better, but the kids ask more interesting questions.
The kids asks questions that the journalists can't. Imagine a journalist asking them what kind of animal they want to be. We'd be ridiculing that journalist.

I like how they paired the drivers, I really feel like I know the mentality behind some of them too. Like Danny Ric + Nicholas Latifi both have Italian roots but are from an English speaking region.
Norris + Alonso both sat on a lawn chair after a DNF in a race one time.
Verstappen + Schumacher are racing at the same time like their fathers did.
Hamilton + Vettel are the ones with 4 or more world championships.
Leclerc + Giovinazzi are both Ferrari academy drivers.
Perez + Sainz are Spanish speakers.

Kimi and Mazepin being together is like a passing of the torch moment imo. Kimi and Alonso's 20 years of experience being passed down to the younger generation of drivers; Mazepin, Schumacher, Russell etc

Really love Yuki, seems like a great guy and a positive outlook but clearly really determined to do well and he did so well his first race, excited to see how his career progresses
Sergio and Carlos were thinking of the 1984 Monaco Grand Prix where rookie Ayrton Senna started 13th in an uncompetitive car for the Toleman-Hart team. He set the fastest lap and moved up to 2nd place on pace to overtake Alain Prost for the win, until the red flag ended the race due to poor weather conditions. (with some controversial race control decision making)
