    An interesting fact is many people use these tactics without even being aware of it. It's just their way of life that they consider fair and just.
    So usually there is no way to cure a toxic person, you try to have the "talks" to adjust their behaviors but it will never work. This is why recognizing red flags and trusting your gut are important. Many people end up in miserable relationships feeling stuck, manipulated, and abused because they glossed over the signs firsthand. Take care of you out there.

    Silent treatment is not bad depending on the reason, for instance taking a break after an argument after voicing this to the other party. But unfortunately the other person could take it as silent treatment and call it manipulation which is manipulative in its own right if the other person tends to be the problem.

In the video, per context; how about you asked someone to do or get something for you but you refused and then boom, he/she applied a *not talking to you kinda treatment* until you do it. That's it but nevertheless, I agree with you.
