    Have you ever tried the Halo-style hair before? I have really thin hair too and did not think I would like how they feel but I actually love them. They add so much volume, it does not pull on your hair/scalp like the clip in and you cannot see the clear wire/string in the front at all!

    I can do omad easily but only when I eat my meal for a kinda late dinner (ie:last meal at 6pm and going to bed at 11pm) when I try to move it earlier I end up eating and feeling hungry all day. Any tips?

      Me too I'm exactly the same. If I eat anytime before 3pm it's difficult but otherwise I can go all day.

    I know several close friends doing keto. They all experience hair loss. I do know it it hereditary also. I wish I could do more cinnamon it hurts me 😅😅😅 I just got the candy ketone to try. Thank you for your content. We'll wishes for you!

    This is why I do what works for me. I can’t possibly follow someone else’s.
    Seasons of our life change. I’m now in Perimenopause. These videos are great for motivation only. Great job on listening to your body. I fast 18-36 hour fasts a week. I am trying now to get on my trampoline and get more sleep.

    I do 18:6 but i eat omad however lol i have a protein shake or a high protein acia bowl before my fast window. Thanks for sharing!!!

    Hello, I've tested my microbiome and have been eating to heal for 3 months. How do I know when to retest again? I am very slowly loosing weight. I have 8 bacteria I'm deficit in and 2 I'm overgrown In so I feel it will be a while.

    I did the Gut Viome test, am sooo confused by my results. Meaning the foods I eat-, can’t have, foods can eat don’t even eat(red meat,salmon), and foods on avoid are also what always eat, how can I get more help with my test results, been doing IF for 4 maths I’ve lost 15lbs.but I feel as if I’m still heavy even though scale says am at a weight that haven’t been at in yrs! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Take Care😊

    Seriously still want to try the NATketone system. Just as an enhancement to my regular IF and 2MAD or OMAD. Waiting on tax return and then I will be shopping your specials.
    Loved this what I eat in a day after your vacation and looking to rebalance the healing of your Microbiome.
    I have not yet moved into the Microbiome, part of my healing or gut health. That will be another phase for me, perhaps in the fall. Although I am enjoying learning as much as I can from you before then. I wish you the best of luck getting your gut bugs back where you want them to be. ❤

    I love you videos so inspiring. So question how did you start adding carbs back in after you stopped keto ? Or are you just not worrying about it and eating for gut health. Was so surprised by my results. 😳🤦🏼‍♀️literally 3/4 of what u was eating was not good for my gut. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I had a gastric sleeve 10 years ago. I truly don’t know if I can eat all my food in half an hour. Do you think keeping it to half and hour instead of an hour makes a big difference?

    ? I have company coming and I basically only eat one meal a day. So I'm thinking of having a few items on hand then go shopping when they get here. 💜I really don't think about food and that's all they think about. Any suggestions ?
