Hey Jason, it’s incredibly easy to put together and one of the things I totally forgot to mention in the video was you can either fill it up to where the bend is for 3/4 of a cubic foot or all the way to the top of the bracket for a one cubic foot bundle. So that’s a nice option, I love the fact that it’s reasonably priced and very simple to use with no moving parts that can go bad. I would say under 10 minutes to assemble it, which is also really nice.
I've been using a homemade version of that for a couple years now. works good but don't burn your hand trying to keep tension on the wrap to keep it tight.
Odd question, I'm looking at getting a new splitter either a wolf ridge splitter and conveyor or a splitforce w/conveyor. My question, how tall are you? Im.6'7 and tired of bending over with the county line
I’m 6’1”, I would look at figuring out a way to lift the splitter up more so you don’t have to bend over so much. I don’t have to bend over for my machine at all.
I had a version of the County Line splitter that's about 30 years old. Like you, got tired of bending over. I converted to a version of the Wolfe Ridge vertical splitter for less than $1000, and that includes a new Honda 5hp engine. It's not as fast as the WR, but, it does the job, foot pedal and all. What I like about it, is I can make the firewood as small as I want for bundles.
❤❤❤ thanks so much for the kind words and great feedback in this new Express Wrapper. ❤❤❤

I had made a homemade version out of some 2x4 and it was “ok” but never worked great. This is nice and easy to use.
