Try All these religiously
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.

whats ur specs? if your laptop is not strong enough try using your phone or a tablet thats compatible with it. If both dont work use geforce now because that will probably be the best experience u can get outside of a powerful enough device.
