Yes, it is general problem usually faced while using clay pot. But there is a solution.
Let clay pot cool down naturally to room temperature after using it for cooking, it means, do not wash hot clay pot directly with water just after cooking. Even after washing natually cooled down clay pot with water, it is to be dried in day light, so that germs gets away.
