My character would be named after myself and keep the core of myself but have PJO enhanced characteristics SO:
Name: Danielle
Age: 17
Godly parentage: Aphrodite
Abilities: charm speak, shape shifting
Weapons: necklace that enhances abilities (e.g making charm speak more powerful), lip gloss that transforms into a celestial bronze dagger
I love how we chose Aphrodite and a Magic necklace but went different routes with them.
all my dreams have came true but here's my character 1. Name: Rodin (came from odin) 2. Age: 12-14 3. what does he look like: around 5 ft 3, white hair with red highlights a moon earing witch is the last thing he has from his mom 4. my godly parent: Hades 5. Necromancy and pyrokenesis and scythe mastery 6. A scythe (witch turns into a note book i love writing stories so he would get that from his master to write stories)

6. Skull earrings that can turn into a sheild and sword.

Age: 14
Appearance: Male, pale, short af, shoulder length black hair, amber eyes
Godly Parentage: Persephone
Abilities: Shadow travel, control of dangerous plants
Magic Item: A pocket lighter that transforms into a two-headed spear
Can’t believe it’s been six years since I first subscribed- watching the first OC video in middle school and now being a high school graduate feels weird
Here’s my character-
Name: Rowan
Age: 17 (on the older side so most ppl his age have already died lol)
Godly parent: Demeter
Abilities: My favorite tale of greek mythology was when Demeter grew from an old woman into a giant and then cursed a man with eternal hunger, so I thought it would be cool to have powers based on that- size manipulation, just up to ten feet tall or something, and cursing people with hunger.
Magic Item: The weapons that transition from normal items to weapons are easily the coolest so I’d have a belt that when unbuckled and pulled off of my waist would straighten out into a scythe :)
Name: Mael Mercer; His parents also call him "(my little) Prince"
Age: 15
Appearance: Slightly below average height, bony, tanned limbs and somewhat less so neck while blueish-pale everything else; Leather-brown colored laceless sneakers(he bought them in bulk), alternately army-green shorts with POCKETS or black jeans(also a bulk of those), various monochrome printless t-shirts with a pale grey windbreaker with zippered POCKETS over it(no lie, he can fit an entire liter bottle in one of those) and a decorative bronze poppy pin(self-made), sometimes wears a shemagh over the neck(sometimes not); Natively "bleached" longer-than-regular hair with some varied green or blue splotches. A black leather book over the shoulder in "home" settings, or army-green backpack that can be unzippered for almost thrice the storage on the road.
Godly parent: Hypnos; Also Hestia as a cool auntie, but he has personal beef with Artemis and her spawn.
Special abilities: Dream-based divination, inducement of minor hypnotic state or "sleep paralysis", shapeshifting and manifestation of thick mist only he(or his fatherside relatives) can sense through.
Magic item: An ebony bracelet with bells sound of which augments Maels abilities. Also a celestial bronze navaja, tail of handle of which can unfold once more for two-handed wielding

Abilities-Madness Manipulation, Alcokinesis(alcohol manipulation), levitation, and Granting Powers
Item-Celestial Bronze Gun, that his dad got Hephaestus to make when they where drunk, it dose nothing but act cool and he uses his powers to make other think it dose things.
Look-he wares a black and purple suit, has golden eyes, and purple hair.
Story-he runs his own bar that is designed to be a meeting place, resting spot, and neutral ground for the magical.
For mine I have to explain something real quick I’m non binary and gender fluid so when it comes to Ocs I typically make two one guy one girl and I haven’t changed my name yet but I will go by koy which is a mash up of Zoey and Kai so I usually make those two my Ocs with that out of the way
Zoey is the daughter of Aphrodite
Looking up what her kids can do along with the typical being beautiful and being able to charm people and anything to do with love lust and desire her kids also have pretty good combat skills bc she used to be a war goddess lol I didn’t know that something’s that stuck out to me was
The ability to see and hear very well bc of Aphrodite’s association with gossip
The ability to curse jewelry or clothing
The ability to change clothes at will
The ability to make physical changes (more powerful kids can shape shift Zoey cannot yet I imagine it’s something she learns)
Speak love language example is French (but there’s more)
The ability to speak with doves geese ducks dolphins and swans
The ability to apply permanent make up for a limited time
The ability of empathy
The ability to create illusions of peoples greatest desires
Lastly the ability to control flowers (this is a major power honestly it’s mostly a quirk when she’s bored or deep in thought she will just make flowers grow it’s a great way to tell where she’s been/is and also a great way to tell if she’s paying attention in a conversation if she starts growing flowers she’s again either bored or thinking about something else heavily and I imagine in a story that it’ll be a little thing she’s unaware of and many times she’ll be asked if she’s paying attention snd she’ll say yes but the other characters around will give each other knowing looks basically saying we know she wasn’t lol)
As for her gift from her mother
It is a gold chain that can change size so Zoey switch between wearing it as a necklace bracelet ring and anklet
And she uses it similarly to how Wonder Woman uses her lasso obviously minus the compelling part
She’s 15
She is also black (bc I am and she’s based on me lol)
Blue eyes (natural she doesn’t mess with her eyes often)
Blond (natural but sometimes changes the color often changes the length)
She also uses her powers to change her nails in a stiletto shape which is essentially those pointy sharp nails I think she would also make them razor sharp for fighting purposes lol
I also imagine she’s slightly selfish and vain but not enough to make her a bad character she’s fun genuinely cares for people snd tries to help often (as long as it doesn’t involve getting dirty lol)
Now I haven’t put much thought into Kai before this
But I imagine he’s also the son of Apollo
Along with the typical things his kids can do What stuck out for me was
The ability to absorb or transfer pain
The ability to “read” bodies ? (Like knowing their heart rate which organ is damaged etc)
The ability to inflict plagues
The ability to heal by singing
The ability to curse people to speak in rhythms or sing
The ability to pull music out of their head (and while the wiki said it can be used to harm I imagine Kai only uses this for party purposes but can you imagine being blasted away by lady Gaga or Beyoncé lol I also think he would unknowingly start accidentally emitting music when there’s a song stuck in his head or if he’s intensely thinking of a song )
The ability to send messages telepathically
The power to see the future (I though I imagine it’s very rare and only of extremely dire situations)
The ability to absorb redirect and manipulate solar energy
The ability to control and manipulate light
The ability to manipulate sleep patterns (I imagine this is a weak power bc he would only use it on himself to go sleep lol)
Enhanced hearing
The ability to whistle at high pitched ear piercing levels
The about to scream extremely loud
The ability to sense if someone is lying or not
The ability of perfect memory (but I imagine for Kai it’s only for remembering art like paintings and songs etc only but only bc he really pays attention to those things he could remember a lot more if he tried)
As for his gift I’m not to sure originally I was thinking of instrument that always plays perfectly but he’s naturally skilled so maybe a magic tool that can transform into any art tool like a pencil or pen or paint brush and it’s infinite the pencil doesn’t need sharpened the eraser doesn’t run out or the ink in pen doesn’t run out or the paint brush magically has paint on it and can change color idk I think this is a cool idea lol
As far as looks
He’s white (I knows he’s based of me but from a character creating stand point I didn’t want him to be the male version of Zoey like if I was playing a game I wouldn’t want two characters who essentially look the same)
Grey eyes
Black peck length hair (kinda debating blond highlights or two streaks in the front bc Apollo is blond lol)
Also 15
I imagine he’s super shy and nervous and timid and tends to stay by himself drawing or singing for his friends who bring out the true him the only he’s confident and not extremely shy and nervous is when he’s preforming it’s Almost as if he’s another person he goes from this pacing jittery rambling mess to this confident self assured pop star you’d never know he’s a quiet kid lol
As far as a story I don’t have much but I did add something that’s a little fanfic-ish I imagine that after a while Zoey and friends learn that Aphrodite had a fling with a another god and Zoey isn’t a demigod but a full god and because of being a full god it enhances her beauty and Aphrodite after giving Zoey the necklace notices all the attention Zoey gets and how beautiful she is and gets jealous and doesn’t pay much attention to her so feeling lonely Zoey researches other goddess’s and really takes a liking to Athena and they kinda adopt a mentor mother-esk relationship obviously they don’t communicate much but she’s basically filling Aphrodites role which naturally makes her upset she expected Zoey to essentially cry and beg for motherly attention I also imagine that bc of her relationship with Athena she receives another gift from her which is a tiny gold and red short sword that grows to but a human sized short sword lol
And I was afraid to admit this bc Ocs get a lot of hate for being in very convenient situations bc the writer is basically gassing up their own character but I imagined zoeys dad being Poseidon yes specifically so Zoey and Percy are related lol though I do imagine she doesn’t get many abilities from her dad just being able to breath underwater and maybe control it I’m debating on that but I wanted to limit what he has from her dad so she isn’t super over powered lol
As for Kai I think he might have the classic struggle of good and evil but ultimately learns to accept his darker side and eventually learns to control it and use it to his advantage I do want to point out this isn’t anything magical more so just an inner conflict for Kai
Also keep in mind I just got into the Percy Jackson fandom so idk all of the rules regarding abilities and stories and i honestly was just having fun lol so I broke some rules let me know but be gentle lol
