I have the Garmin System, Added the Livescope a few months ago, that sidescan and down view with the UHD transducers is phenomenal, the detail is second to none, you can find Structure and indeed see the Crappy, I still Use the same Methods To locate on new water , once I Find em I switched over to the forward Sonar or Livescope,I don't have spot lock so the Scope just helps keep me Fishin in the right direction, anyone that thinks Livescope System is some sort of magic wand is seriously mistaken, it's a awesome tool for locating, but it's not gonna make em eat , that's where your ole school know how can't be beat,, great video on the Garmin System,

Great video! Finally someone showing us exactly what to do! So I need some buoys. Questions though: when they are that deep you use a slip bobber? I just got a kayak almost 2 months ago so all this is new. Either way thank you for these videos

Yea, I'll use it as deep as 13-15 ft. Any deeper and I'll cast jig or vertical jig .

Looking to upgrade my current Garmin and researching the 93sv uhd. Actually the exact same one you are using here. Thanks for the added info! I've defiantly concluded that this one is the very best out there and paired with live scope. Will be the ultimate combo for Crappie & Bass.

Great video, maybe I'll run into you one of these weekends. We're launching from there this Saturday 12/17. Also caught some nice slabs launching from Toto creek.

Generally, yes, I try to stay as far away as possible. Your trolling motor will scare them off in many cases . But if you catch them when they're feeding heavy, it won't matter much .

Getting the correct zoom on your navigation chart can definitely be a little tricky.
