寝る時は逆向きだと背中の違和感が軽減されますよ👌
それと背の高い人なら前の席を一番前に出して後ろの席や
アームレス等を調整して隙間を出来るだけ無くすと起きる時に前後の隙間が減って起きやすいです👌
自分は硬いマットじゃなく膨らませるマットを使ってるので使わない時にコンパクトになってかさばらなくって重宝してます😊
