"Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with it, and letting it run its course without wanting to make it different or do anything about it. It means simply to let the feeling be there and to focus on letting out the energy behind it."

“The moment is arising, and if we let go resisting it we stop experiencing it and the experience of time disappear. You live in timelessness”

A dog chasing his tail , that’s the human intellect…letting go sometimes seems impossible because the mind always wants to go further, get better, achieve something ….how many wise men like this have talked about that and no one ever found „that final answer“, hahaha…I love the way he talks, this compassionate patience with all of us stubborn idiots who don’t stop to run in circles like a silly little dog, chasing his tail…

How do you know when to protect yourself or stand up for yourself you can't stay except like I moved into a new place and a guy was looking in my car windows and standing outside my bedroom window so I said something Dolly Park Street in front of the house and runs as loud Muffler

The musical note dissolves just after you hear it. I wonder if that’s like patterns dissolve just after you see them?

It feels almost impossible to let life take care of things for you when in the past you have never had anything going for you it's so difficult to let go

The thing w/ letting go, is it's more like letting go of a mosquito or parasitic animal. It's like usually we're trying to hold onto it or constantly swat it away to keep it at arm's length. When you "let go", the thing's gonna come at you and bite you. When you let it bite you, yes you lose a bit of blood and get some bite marks, but it'll get its fill and go away. (This is an imperfect metaphor, because you do want to kill mosquitos and avoid diseases, but w/ emotions letting it bite you allows them to go away)

How do I grieve after 53 years together? Memories are fine but you can’t kiss or hug a memory. How do you start a new relationship without feeling guilty of abandoning your commitment of love and life.

It sure is, one-way love is torture/torment/suffering/Crucifixion! Not being able to make them want you & then having to Endure the emotional pain of them picking someone else above you is the definition of Suffering :( Ive tried to let go for yrs & not a single person can explain the mechanism by which one can let go.

Is there a difference between letting go of RESISTING vs letting go, like letting go of a handkerchief (surrendering)to let it fall?
Is “resisting” = hanging on vs resisting (resistance) being an obstacle?
I may have answered my own question. lol

At what point do you become too passive or expect others to do something like report someone looking in the windows in the parking lot that lives in your apartment building I feel I constantly have these issues happening which invade my privacy
