I feel like this mod would be great on a lower ascension level, where ennemies deal less damage and have less hp at the start so they would scale a little slower with corruption
The event at 30 seconds has one of the artworks for the MTG card "Future Sight" on it. EDIT: Almost all of the corrupted cards use MTG art, from what I've seen about 13min into the video they seem to be largely from the Strixhaven mystical archive.

Its an alternative to the Act four heart fight, where you fight Neow and try to break free of his eternal life and death cycle. It is VERY hard and you actually need to know what each mini boss does. There is only one hint i will give, Plan out your route and look at what each mini boss gives you, whatever you take, it is the only one you can take.
I am extremely disappointed in that one chatter that said potion master. It’s potion SELLER, GODDAMNIT! I DID NOT MEMORIZE THAT WHOLE MEME VIDEO TO HAVE IT SLANDERED BY CHATTERS!
Absolutely loving the modded stuff. It reignited my desire to play StS and now I’ve got 15 characters to play, including the base characters with replay the spire. Thanks for inspiring me to play again Frost/Andrew!

Seeing FF6 Ultima weapon in a spire thumbnail had me worried. Having it as an elite scares me even more. Hope to see frost get a cool W in this mod soon.

If you want to look at another difficult mod I'd recommend the Lobotomy mod. There's a lot going on with the mod and explaining how would kinda spoil the fun. It's based off the game Lobotomy Corporation, but I played the game before knowing anything about the game and I think it's better to play it that way
Ah yes, time to wait and see how long it takes until we get some gameplay of the ruina act mod. For the record, it adds 5 acts and with the new beta patches currently being developed... I'm honestly not sure if frost can manage to beat a20 act 5, I mean if corrupt the spire is this hard for him haha. Although for the more vanilla experience... There's always humility which is just suffering but more vanilla adjacent.
