- Whilst staying at Merrose Farm Caravan and Motorhome Club Site near St Just in Cornwall, we follow the instructions to the south west coastal path in search of Pendower Beach on the south coast of Cornwall.

Thanks for watching our videos. We include all things to do with motorhomes, caravans and the great outdoors. We mainly tour the UK and camp around 80 nights per year in our 2017 Swift Bolero. We offer advice, tips and tricks, review campsites and associated products or services. We also occasionally make videos about other trips we take without the motorhome.

Ponies!! You didn't exactly get their best side LOL. What a great path to walk. We all know I'm anti exercise, but a path that ends in the beach I'm there!! Ah walking with the waves gently coming up over your feet. I loved doing that when we went to the pacific. It was great.
Haha no, the ponies were so shy I couldn’t get anywhere near them. When we came back they were hiding in bushes out of the sun. Sue loves paddling in the Atlantic Ocean. The water was clean and clear with bright September sunshine. Makes me want to go back 😉 Thanks for watching 🚐 Trev

Hi Trev and Sue, another lovely sunny day, what a lovely walk to the coast, lovely sea views and very pretty. Nice to see the pony’s. The beach was well worth the walk and the pups enjoyed a cool down in the pools. X

Lovely walk that folks. The south coastal path certainly is more rolling hills and gentle than the craggy and stepped north. Also, Merrose was one we were looking at for next summer too, so great to see whats not to far away from there. Another crackin' vlog. Cheers for this one. Mart & Jo
Thank you Mart & Jo. We really enjoyed Merrose Farm. Access is good and the area is beautiful. There are good links to other parts of Cornwall too. We only had 3 nights here but could easily fill a week with little or no effort 😃🚐 Trev

Another lovely walk. Not so strenuous this time.
We found a little kiosk and bought a pasty and coffee on the way back. Decided to turn the camera off in the afternoon and have some “us time” to round off a lovely day 😊 Trev

Hi there. We did a bit of that walk but the weather was nothing like as good and we did not get as far!! Glad you managed to find the beach - it looks like a lovely spot and in such brilliant weather.. Good to see that Sue was able to get a paddle in as well!!
We were certainly lucky with the weather during the third week. We had a coffee and pasty on the way back but didn’t film the whole day 😃 Trev

You will enjoy this site. They hold back some pitches for the largest outfits so don’t be afraid to ask wardens for advice. There is a mix of different types of pitch in the different fields. We tend to look at the site plan before we arrive to familiarise ourselves but most of the time this season sites were so busy we had to take what was left 😉😃🚐 Trev

Great video Trev and Sue, I live about 70 m from the Wales coastal path, aka the promenade lol, you’ve got to love a good bit of paddling lol
I think we walked more coastal path in Devon and Cornwall this year than we have for years. The social distancing was the driver for this but we were not one bit disappointed 🙂 Missed our Wales trip last week but it was for the best. We will be back soon 👍🏻🚐 Trev

There was a bit more space right at the bottom of the hill but yes it was fairly tight. We saw a couple of medium sized Motorhomes parked there. 🤣👍🏻🚐 Trev

The ponies were very shy. We found them hiding in the hedges on the way back, sheltering from the hot sun. Very cute as 4 of them were all standing together as if they were having a conversation 😃 Trev

@@PoshcatsCamping thought they were , we have one but I think she may be a cross as she is more white than Sandy, she does have a few Sandy patches when she is groomed.
