@@techforus915 4 sittings of Derma Roller and 4 sittings of laser, you can skip dermaroller if you want. I tried Derma Roller because at that time I didn't had money for laser. Recovery time is 3 days for Derma Roller and 4-6 days for laser and it varies from person to person

MOHAN SHARMA apply a scrubber on your nose and use a toothbrush to scrub...it works instantly. U can also use an acne extraction tool and also buy some nose strips. Hope it helps.

To deal with those scars, I would use the same tips as in this video. But I would really try and go see a dermatologist if the scaring from chickenpox are really bad.

I have a clear skin all around, but two days a ago a painful, massive, nasty pimple developed on the right side of my nose. I am going so mad over it because I know it will leave a scar as it disappears even though I don't have a habit of touching or picking my acne or skin. Easter is coming up and I so depressed because of this. I have put Cosrx pimple patch over it. My workout, diet, hormones and skin care routine are all in check, yet this awful thing had to happen. It truly affects your confidence when everyone you meet notices it.

I'm depressed. I'm 23yo and I have lots of scars. Acne started at 11yo and I still have a lot. Only big red pimples.
I'm sure without it I would have been able to reach some model agencies.
Also i'm already working and I love what I do but sometimes I feel bad knowing how is my face.
I'm also well shaped (boxe 3times a week, love skiing in winter, running 20,30km, only use my bike) swim 4km in the lac everyweek.
I take care of my diet since 16yo. Stopped dairy products and started drinking only vegetal milk.
I only cook vegetables, complete rice & pastas, fishes and use good oils.
I use rice water because "it does wonders !!" Also tried witch hazel. Tried tee three oil. Tried "avene" products. All of these never worked.
What the fuck is that ? Why my life has been so ruined by this shit ? I swear it costs me a lot in life. My selfconfidence is not limitless. Don't know what to do. I could give all my money to whoever make this stop.

Eat an apple a day and warm water throughout the day i am21 yrs old and i was suffering from serve acne on my late teens i went to many doctors tried alot of product but really it makes my skin worse and now i dnt have a crystal clear skin but its so much better than it was i have some scars but not seen from bare eyes really ... I advise u to drink water and eat an apple its good i hope it works for u tc have a good 2019
Dont listen to the idiot suggesting apples -- I had severe acne from ages 15-20...
1- First thing you have to do is get yourself a doctor to prescribe you Acutane (Isotretinoin). It is a very strong drug, with some common side effects (ie: dry skin, fatigue), and some potentially dangerous, but VERY RARE once as well (hence its considered a last resort, typically left for people with severe acne).
2- After Acutane for several months (I think I had to go on it for about 3 months), you can consult with a dermatologist on a plan to improve scarring. I dont know how much you have, but mine was pretty bad after 5 years of bad acne. I got my CO2 laser resurfacing done in 2001 (so 18 years ago; Im 38 now) -- I still have considerable scarring, but its considerably better than what I had when I was 20.
3- Most importantly, be patient. You will be surprised at how your perspective changes on this with time and some improvement. I too felt like a broken man when I was going through this, but after getting rid of the acne, then the scars improving, things slowly change psychologically, emotionally. I have had plenty of chances to go have another laser done (1 round of laser will improve your scars by maybe 20-40%), but I haven't yet; I genuinely haven't felt the need to.
ps- While you improve your appearance, dont forget to improve the rest of you. I know that sounds like some hippy garbage, but its true. Save money for your laser, exercise, do the best you can at work/school..... a day will come when you look back at this period of your life and realize how much better you are for it.

I’ve had acne scars since I was seven years old, in my face, arms, chest and back. I look like a burn victim. Gone to nine different dermatologists and tried everything from tretinoin to tea tree. The only thing that worked was laser resurfacing. Hurts like hell. But it works. I’ve had about 20 sessions already. It works to reduce blemishes from 40-80%. Not perfect, but nothing ever is. Tip 3, to prevent acne, really helped. In just a week and half, I changed my daily skin care routine and I can see a wonderful dramatic difference with a facial cleansing brush, a derma suction, and neutrogena's microdermabrasion (twice a week). The discoloration is slowly going away, minimized breakouts, and I feel more confident to go out without make up. I'm excited to see what it will be like in 6 months. Thanks for that tip.

Well, I have not heard of it before. But I will look in to it. Many people do lasers and they look a lot better, but like I said it is better to go and see a dermatologist so that they can look at your face and give you the right advice

Well it depends on the scrub. Stay away from abrasive scrubs. It might be the ingredients in the scrub that is helping you and that it is not an abrasive scrub. If it looks like your skin is geting better, then it is fine 🙂, just use it gently
