Another first step is to have the foot in the down position. It is down in the video, but you don’t point this out. That’s how I found to have success with my TL auto threading.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Of all the (many!) videos I have watched, this is the ONLY one that addressed my problem with my brand new out of the box Juki TL2010q. Several of the you-tubers said they could never get it to work properly, so they just didn't use it. But dang, my machine is new. Your video not only gave the standard advice on how it operates, but also explained the mechanism in detail, so that I was able to go back and adjust that little wire that got bent on my first effort when the needle was not in the correct position. A frustrating morning, but a happy ending.
I purchased my TL2010Q in Washington a few months ago and no one at Quality Sewing and Vac where I bought it knew anything about the machine and especially the needle threader. I’ve made several quilts on my new juki and I was thrilled to see your demo on how to use the threader today! Thank you so very much for the clear video instructions I saw today! Game changer. I purchase all my bobbins and machine accessories from Juki Junkies! Thank you sooooo much😄👍
Thank you for your excellent videos! My local Juki dealer was going to ship my machine to another city and take a week to adjust the needle threader. I watched this video and adjusted the wire hook in a matter of minutes. I will continue to get all my Juki parts from Juki Junkies.
Thank you for this video. Great magnification to see how all the little pieces work and fit together and the ability to fix/and or troubleshoot. I know I will be coming back to watch this again when my Jukis aren't threading properly.
I couldn’t get my threader to work, so I ordered a replacement. I put it on and watched your video and now it works! I looked at my old threader and could see that the thin wire was bent. Thanks!
Great tutorial. I have a bent needle threader on my Juki HZL F600 and was worried I would have to send my heavy machine back in for repairs. After watching your video and seeing how easily I can replace the part, I am so relieved and will be ordering the part. Thank you!
I have a HZL-F600 which I love. I’ve purchased a new threader replacement. Followed all the instructions (changed needle, rethreaded, etc) but I still can’t get the threader to work. Any other suggestions please.
I have a Juki f600 & the only needles that work with my needle threader are Organ needles. If I use Schmetz needles the needle threader does not work. Why would this be?
I am not fluent in needle talk lol Which means i habe no idea what you mean by an 8012 needle. 80 x 12 mm? I habe no idea whag this means! Please explain. What needle can i find that has a big rnough hole to automatically thread?
Hi from Australia. I have a TL 2200qvp mini. I have a question, if you will please. When I use the threader, I push it down and load it correctly, but it won't come back up. Any clues please?

Correct! It will definitely not work well with it up :)
Thank you so much!! I thought mine was broken. I took it off and snapped it back in and now it works! Awesome!!! Juki Junkies rocks!!!
You're welcome! Glad it helped

wrong size needle needs to be 80/12 or bigger. Or it needs a slight adjustment :) th-cam.com/users/shortsyhZRlc6oVmY?feature=share
Great video. Still didn’t help with my problem 😂
