Mango Seviyan Pudding || Mango Vermicelli Custard || Easy and Delicious Mango Dessert Recipe - RKC

Ingredients
1 cup Semiya thin roasted
1 liter milk
2 mangoes, puréed and chopped for garnish
1/2 cup sugar or condensed milk
2 tbsp custard mix with 1/4 cup milk
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp chopped pistachios and almonds for garnish
Preparation
1. Heat a pan add little ghee, Roast thin vermicelli for 3-4 min until it turns light golden brown color and set aside.
2. Boil milk in a saucepan, once it starts boiling add roasted vermicelli and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Add half cup sugar and a pinch of salt and mix it well and cook for 2 more minutes.
4. Mix 2 tbsp custard powder with 1/4 cup of cold milk and mix it well until smooth.
5. Now Add custard mix in the Seviyan and keep stirring continuously. Cook for like 2 minutes. Turn off the heat once it turns thick.
6. Transfer the Seviyan pudding to a serving bowl and let it cool down completely.
7. Puree 1 mango and add it to the Seviyan mix. Add 1 mango chopped and mix it well until everything combined together. Cover and let it refrigerate for 4 hours.
8. Before serving you can add chopped nuts. Garnish with chopped mangoes and nuts and serve cold.
