Mango Ice Cream || Homemade Ice Cream || 3 Ingredients Summer Dessert Recipe - RKC
Mango season is here. Here am back with another mango dessert with just 3 ingredients. Mango ice cream, is a must try dessert for mango lovers in this hot summer!!
Ingredients
* 2 large mangoes , ripe and juicy - to make 2 cups puree
* 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
* 2 cups heavy cream/ whipping cream
* 1 Fresh mangoes cubed, optional
Method
* Beat 2 cups cups heavy cream until soft peaks appears.
* Add in the Mango Pulp, Condensed Milk to it. Beat it again until everything combined together.
* Fold them in very well but very gently.
* Pour into a glass dish with a tight fitting lid.
* Cover and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
* After 2 hours, mix in the cubed Mango pieces and return dish to the freezer.
* Allow it to freeze for another 4 hours or so.
* Serve and enjoy!
