I feel like I haven't been 'working smart' and I hate how chaotic, unproductive, boring, and generally unsatisfying it's made my life. School takes up more time than it should and other people are taking less time to get more stuff done -- and better than me, at that. Work is just work and personal growth? I hardly know her. I found your channel yesterday and watched some of your other stuff (Seoul, speaking Dutch), which I loved, and now this... I watched this video yesterday late at night and it really gave me the inspiration / motivation to put Notion on my phone and my laptop and make an effort to use it to be more productive, as well as switching up my phone for simplicity and productiveness. The templates are incredible and are really helpful! I was just wondering if it may be possible to also put a template of your life hub in the description/maybe even do a video on how you created it, without giving any personal details away of course as it seemed really organised and aesthetically great? man, i found the courage to venture back into notion after being overwhelmed by its blankness (as compared to the fact i had already settled into onenote) only because of the way she gushed and her happiness and joy while describing notion.
@@TheGreatDigitalism i do suggest you explore notion because i did and i liked it. once i started exploring what it had to offer and what was different and efficient (let me tell you- a lotta things are different). i still keep onenote as a backup because it is easy to print my notes through that system. just take a leap of faith, my dude, you'll find that the place is soft to land. trust me.
I used to really hate school and felt so much resistance towards it but I really feel like Jade has helped me to get motivated and inspired by school and really see it in a more positive and uplifting way. I seriously enjoy planning for school and even homework is more fun!

I'm a recent uni grad and I've been feeling super aimless for a couple of months following graduation--pandemic, world-altering events and the IPCC's report that paints a dire picture of the future not helping. It's been difficult to get myself to accomplish the things that I need to accomplish, but you've inspired me to get myself organized again. With more structure in my life, dealing with tasks will be much more systematic than dreadful as they have been. Plus this app is really cool and fun to play with and I feel productive all the way through that process.

This video came just in time! I started uni on Monday (hi from Estonia!) and knew I want to start using Notion (thx, Ali Abdaal and other studytubers :DD). I had just started setting everything up and then Jade uploaded this video - and this is so incredibly use- and helpful! I've only been using notion actively since June/July when I started a new semester at university and whilst I love it immensely and managed to create a mediocre set up this video has inspired me to change things up. All of these templates (both yours and others) are so well done !! Here's to hopefully creating the best set up I've had yet 😊✨

yeh, that's what keeps me from notion from my current things too; I have everything backup up in onenote.

I've only been using notion actively since June/July when I started a new semester at university and whilst I love it immensely and managed to create a mediocre set up this video has inspired me to change things up. All of these templates (both yours and others) are so well done !! Here's to hopefully creating the best set up I've had yet 😊✨

Yessssss thank you for this! I've seen lots of people raving about Notion but the way they used it never appealed to me, not like this! This actually makes me excited to go back to school when I'll actually have a life to plan!! 🤣🤣
