I feel like it's so hard to really know what food/diet is truly the best nowadays cause there's so much conflicting information. Lots of people think veganism is 100% the healthiest diet, but then there's other people who swear by keto, low carb, gluten free, carnivore etc.
To listen to your body, not follow the trends. What your body really needs, which diets are suitable for you. A healthy and balance diet is always the most viral key for better lifestyle.

We're not 100% sure of your question, but to clarify: Going cold turkey means to stop doing a habit immediately. Rather the gradually stopping doing something, it means that you totally give up there and then. It is an immediate stop to a (usually bad) habit. Does that help you, Christopher?
