    You can use a wall for the bicep curls to prevent from swaying. Myself and I know for sure Bud Jeffries has done that “single arm hanging military press exercise”. It’s supposed to simulate lifting someone up over an edge. The extended plank and figure four sets looks fun. Great genuine video 👍🏽

    Ice climbing tools, although they are a vertical grip, have a lip where your pinky rests on. So it's less about squeezing, and more just holding on. And they are very textured so it's pretty easy to grip

    You should bring back the duct tape escape challenge!! This time, your hands must be duct taped BEHIND the back, around the arm, legs + mouth taped. Like in a difficult types hostage situation.

    Hey Anton i wondered whether you have any exercices for the neck and shoulderblade muscles?

    • @Jakobsch1
      @Jakobsch1 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can do scapula push and pull ups for the shoulderblades. If pushups are too heavy, you can do it in an all-fours position. Dont bend your arms, only shoulderblades.

    Instead of plank I would do heavy medicine ball passes. Left to right. doing those will work the top end/static hold in your biceps, from their I would do weighted close grip chin ups for the bottom stretch of biceps and full range. Keeping everything else this would be killer. Ball passes would also be a good warm up for the movement you do with the legs.
    ( ball passes could be heavy shit) just move it across & over your body preferably on the floor lol.

    • @AntonFomenko
      @AntonFomenko  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep! I liked static part of it tho. Felt like CNS warmup!💪😎🔥

      @@AntonFomenko Imma try it but it'll be difficult for me to progressively overload it. I hate waiting and anything longer than 2m of being still sounds hectic. I could probably do plank in between my sets doing the inverted row with the single hand on pick ax. But then that wouldn't be much a warm up lol. I just tend to think how to progressively overload in my program's.

      Had to Google this because I've heard it both ways and yeah they describe the same motion

    • @Noam_.Menashe
      @Noam_.Menashe 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CoachAlexK no they don't. Archer pull ups are keeping one arm straight at all times, and pulling with the other. Typewriters are pulling up with both hands, than holding with one hand and moving the second hand until it's straight and back.

  • @ChitoUFO
    @ChitoUFO 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Typewriter pullups, not Archer pullups.😁

      Both are correct, describing the same movement

    • @ChitoUFO
      @ChitoUFO 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CoachAlexK Not really. On typewriters you do a regular pull up an then move to one arm at the top position, on archer you move to one arm already from the bottom position. Or regular pull up and lower down on one arm if you are doing archer negatives.
      Same goes for typewriter and archer push ups.
