Hi from Muskegon Michigan!
Bravos 🎉❤
I can’t wait to watch more of your videos! Thank you so much. ❤
Hi from Des Moines, IA!
Thanks Kim!!
I love the “ghost” windmill design in the large purple border. (At the end of the video.). 🙌
Your sweater is an inspiration for different designs😊
Excellent video-lessons
The last pattern you shared, the wishbone, I used on an edge-to-edge t-shirt quilt. It really turned out fabulous!
I think of that second pattern as ribbon candy.
Most of my quilts have pebbles somewhere in them, and ribbon candy and feathers
I didn't know you had to baste a quilt when it's on a long arm. Do you always baste it.
You always want to baste the top, sides (only within the throat space that you are working on) and the bottom. As for basting throughout the quilt, that is optional if you plan to move back and forth throughout the quilt. If you are quilting all the way through from the top to the bottom, you do not need to baste.
Is there a video about basting the whole quilt first? Do you load it normally, baste top to bottom. Take it off and reload it?
I'm interested in learning more about cruise mode.

I would like to know from all of the quilters out there, their feelings and thoughts on polyester verses cotton thread. TIA
DO you do a "tie off" stitching at the end of the motif ,like you do at the beginning or is it enough to just stop and cut threads?
Yes, a tie off at the end is used.
I wish you would demonstrate on fabric where you can see the quilting.
Is there a pattern for this quilt? I love the layout!
Daylesford by Jen Kingwell
I have yet to figure out how to quilt and walk at the same time!!
It takes practice. Little shuffles to start out!!!
You go backwards quite a bit. If I go back very far my thread will break because as it comes off the spool it unwinds the thread. 😢. How do you overcome that? I have an Amara.
You might want to have your timing adjusted a little on your next visit to the tech. Stitching right to left will cause the shredding if the timing isn't absolutely spot on.
I really wish you would use a contrasting thread so I/we could see the quilt pattern clearly
Easy on free motion machine show me how to get even flowing quilting on a standard machine without pulling my hair out please. Thx
You called them “funky” shapes…I think of it as your authentic quilting, which I prefer over computerized quilting. But that’s just me!
