I have a 5 year old son. every night at bedtime we lay in bed and watch your videos. here's the thing... yea of course we are theme park fans, but that's not the only reason I have him watch u guys. to him, u are both role models who have so many characteristics that I want him to learn. you are both kind, loving funny, full of life kind of people. don't listen to the trolls. u guys do more for us than u realize. thanks for everything you do but most of all thanks for being such a huge part of my sons childhood. id be lucky if he turns out half as awesome as u!

Why the hell do you want an electric car so bad? They're junk. Get a decent 4 cylinder car that gets over 50 MPG for a fraction of the price. Plus gasoline cars hold their value better than an electric/hybrid.
Within the next 50 years, gas powered cars are going to be dinosaurs. In Europe, there is even talk of them being illegal on some roads. Like it or not, they are the future.

I am become very mobility disabled, so I can not get out and around so much any more, and your visits to Disney, Universal, (and that Legoland 2 videos) just make me so happy that I can see some of this stuff. Also, on the car theme....I have a 2017 Volt and I love it! I completely get your concerns about the size though...in my own use I never need more than 4 people and haven't had any issues with the trunk. On the flipside, the range is amazing. When it's hot and depending on the usage (city vs. highway) you can get 60+ miles of all electric. It's also amazing to not worry about charging it every day, and you can take longer trips without using gas! Definitely recommend it!

I just got a Chevy Volt in Florida about a week and a half ago. I absolutely love it!!!! Keep in mind the electric range they advertise is without Air Conditioner. It's a 2014 and it realistically gets about 30 miles on battery in the Florida heat if you have the A/C running comfortably. That Ford may realistically only get about 10-15 miles on battery. Test drive it again with the air conditioner blasting and see how it performs. With the Volt I also really love the My Chevrolet app. You could be sitting in the middle of a theme park getting ready to leave and turn your ac on and cool off your car (or check the progress of a charge) via your phone. And while you're at a charging station starting the AC will cool off your car without draining as much (if any) of your battery.
Also check out www.voltstats.net. It's a voluntary database where Volt owners share their milage and EV usage. It definitely built my confidence in the car when I was first starting to look for a vehicle.

Morgan Clarissa I totally agree I had an aux in my Jeep and I recently bought a Ram 1500 (have horse farm) and it has Bluetooth it's AMAZING!
I hate that two people who are so positive can't share that with others without the really awful members of society thinking that a screen and keyboard gives them an open pass to spew hate. AWE I love you guys! It's interesting to realize you guys and people who do what you do have to deal with this whole additional complexity to life. Crazy. I followed the Jesse Wellens (BFvsGF) vlogs for awhile because I'm from Philadelphia and loved their drone footage. But the complexities of TH-cam vlogging PLUS regular life complexities PLUS sharing their relationship as an integral part of their vlog REALLY took a toll on them. You guys seem to have solid heads on solid shoulders. You don't ever have to apologize for taking a break if you need to re-center yourselves or your relationship.

All the cars they looking at are gas/electric, the Volt and Energi both take gas. As a Leaf owner that is planning on moving to Florida I would not want a Leaf there. Charging stations are few and far between and cost more to charge than where I currently live. Also the heat really drains the battery and causes it to diminish faster.
Jim Thorp I'm also a Leaf owner, when I go to Orlando I'm always amazed how many charging stations are around, I'd say 5x as many stations as where I live (Louisiana).
Jim Thorp, interesting that the heat diminishes the battery faster, we live in Washington state and it's the opposite. Cold weather makes the battery work harder and the warmer weather it does great. New Leafs are going to be equipped with batteries that can go further and older models can get batteries switched out for them.
wild4life I think Jim is referring to long term effects of best on the first Leaf batteries. Some people complained it reduced their storage capacity over time. Starting with the 2015 Nissan changed the chemistry in the batteries to the so called "lizard battery" in an attempt to help fix that issue which, anecdotally, I believe has been successful.
I am so sorry you had to go through reading and experiencing all of those horribly cruel tweets. I just cannot comprehend that. My husband and I recently discovered your channel because we love Disney and I think you both are so witty and fun and I can tell you have hearts of gold. Thank you for making videos.
