All the ways we love coriander/ cilantro, including the flowers. I had some growing that had gone to seed, and while still green and on the plant I tasted the seeds, they were like another spice again, vegetal and sweet and juicy and halfway to the spice. I cooked some with glazed carrots and a splash of orange juice, and it was amazing. The roots would be so good ground in the molcajete in a southeast Asian marinade. Hailey, you’re making me hungry and I just ate!
