I'm intrigued by U.S culture, the way people accumulate things, the surface-level understanding of them, the gas and all the talk about prices instead of appreciate the tech. Not everyone, and not always just people from U.S, but well, mostly... It's quite fascinating.
@@xfghffhfg you'd be surprised how that's not actually the case. Yes, us can be materialistic, but that's very much in the public eye. Really producers are not worrying about new gear all the time. Also, resell value of this gear is so crazy high. I profited on my op-1 sale and broke even on a few others. Treasure Island chompi? Yeah if I don't end up loving it, I can sell it for break even once the limited edition is not available. I probably will keep it, but just saying.
Volca technology with an MPC price. Chompi is, realistically, worth about £200 but is priced at nearly £600. LMAO at all the remorseful suckers currently trying to recoup their losses on eBay (some of them seriously insisting that their used units are worth more than a brand new Chompi from Juno Records).
Does the Chompi sequence? If not that would be a really good thing to put in. I like the form factor of it....but folks felt it was a bit limited for the price.
What’s the opposite of “GAS”?
"Everything's amazing right now and nobody is happy"
"Not every product is for you"
The opposite of gas is wealth.

It looks cool but the price is insane, just like all TH-camr Devices.
It’s cute but 600.00. Nooooo
It's well worth it :)

Nope, just manually making loops, which is fun. Sequencing would be a whole other level.
