Dan Goes Swimming! 1st Time in the Pool!

Welcome to our channel! We’re Dan and Sharon, an interabled couple who have been married for almost 39 years. Despite Dan being a quadriplegic for the past 6 years, and the medical challenges that come with that, we live a full, rich life, and we’re here to show that it’s possible! Through our vlogs, we share our day-to-day experiences, offering a glimpse into our journey together. Our goal is to build a supportive community where we can exchange information, share stories, and bring attention to the lesser-known challenges faced by people with disabilities. Dan went swimming at the Kroc Center pool - easternusa.sal... - for the first time this spring! It was a blast! The Kroc Center is very well-equipped, possessing not one but two lifts to assist Dan into the water, we also had Mark, a volunteer lifeguard and good friend of our family; our son, Gary who teaches swim lessons at the Kroc, Ethan, Dan’s nurse, and other Kroc Centerr employees. We are great full for them, can couldn’t have done it without any of them!!!
