I've literally come to MightyChickens for countless years now. Since I like lyrics with my songs. I'm probably close to 1K of the views on this video over the years.
The first verse perfectly describes what happened between my ex and I. We were ridiculously close friends and then he couldn't decide whether he wanted me as a friend, a girlfriend or just for sex. He did this three times, and after each put more strain on our relationship. After the third time, it finally broke. This is kinda how I feel about it now because I have a new boyfriend and he's with my best friend....so life goes on.
@n00bTEH2b No the fast lanes a term is correct it would denote possession if it had an apostrophe. Breathe does need the E on the end but I'm sure we know whats meant. :) Without the E its like take a breath.
@nighthawx349 Alkaline Trio are awesome too, I kind of like them more sometimes, but then Rise Against makes me love them more, and then AT, it's kinda like a vicious circle. They're a punk band from Chicago too.
@BrBoomr Technical is the best kind of correct ;) I've been with this band since '01. Great years, great years. I prefer Bradon's drumming over Toni's. Just my opinion
@alanihawaii123 Yeah, Rise Against has enough songs that at least one of them can relate to you. Right now, unfortunately, Blood to Bleed is the song that describes EXACTLY how I feel. It sucks. (not the song, just the situation that makes it relate to me.)
@nighthawx349 i was agreeing with you that Rise Against is the absolute shit but if they had a sick drummer like Travis Barker then they would really kick-ass!!

I like all Rise against, not because i'm obssessed with them, because they make genuinely good songs all the time
To people that don't think Brandon (drummer since the beginning of RA) isn't a ninja: he is a ninja/drummer, he has two jobs.
