I was very confused after the first video what is so great in using OneDrive to upload a report to the PBI service. Glad to see a Part 2 ;) Still not getting why Finance or HR might be more beneficial of it, I might need to dig into it a bit more
Possibly... I could not find it in the docs either. Regardless, when I hit 'publish' everything is published with no questions. When I do the upload from SharePoint, idk what happens, when it syncs, how to fix it when it does not sync... not only does it not 'just work', but there is no way to fix it if it is broke. I like the concept, but there are too many unwritten rules for me on this.
The only use case I can think of the one drive method is as a ci/cd method from a git repo on onedrive. However the frequency of the upload is not frequent enough

I wasn’t able to find documentation, but doesn’t the One Drive sync only update measures and columns?

Why did it only ask to replace the report at 7:12?
What other question did you expect?

Yeah... I am not a huge fan of it. Some people like it. It's not for me.
Great info and great content. Thanks!
Glad you enjoy it
