Have you changed the Relay or have you sprayed an electrical contact reactivator on it? because I'll explain, the horn works for me, but often it doesn't work when the headlights are on! sometimes yes, and sometimes no! I had already repaired the CIM
Check all the grounds , they may share the same ground. Check all the obvious stuff like voltage to the connector. I suspect there’s still a CIM issue, especially if it involves the headlights.
Can I please ask do you known whether the horn relay is connected to the side lights and the number lights ? Or is it only for the horn?
Only the horn, as far as I know. Check wiring and grounds. Are you getting power, I take it the bulbs are fine.

If the relay clicks when i press my horn does that mean the relay is ok ?
I would say so, not 100% though. Take the relay out and jump it. See if the horn works.
